Ingredients Required
- Shan Bihari kabab masala
Half a packet - Green Chilies
3-4 - Oil
1/4 cup - Beef, Boneless, Julienne Cut
500 g - Yogurt
Half Cup - Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp - Onions
2 medium - Vinegar
2 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Heat oil
- Add onions
- Stir fry until golden
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Mix
- Add beef
- Add Shan Bihari kabab masala
- Add vinegar
- Stir Fry for five minutes
- Add yogurt
- Mix
- Add water
- Cook until beef is tender
- Add green chilies
- Put fire coal
- Pour 1 tablespoon oil on fire coal
- Cover the pot for 30 seconds
- Serve with steamed rice
