A flavoursome South Asian dish that is impossible to miss!
The delicious Dum Ka Keema made with flavourful Keema masala by Shan is the answer to your iftar food cravings.
Ingredients Required
- Coal
2 pieces - Garlic slice
1 tbsp - Slice chili
1 tbsp - Coriander leaf
2 tbsp - Fried Onion
2 tbsp - Shan Keema mix
3-4 tbsp - Curd
Half Cup - Chili flakes
2 tbsp - Ground Beef
300 g - Oil
2 tbsp - Ginger, Garlic Paste
1 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Marinate ground beef for 1-3 hrs with ginger garlic paste, curd, chili flakes and Shan keema masala mix in a clean bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and put the marinated keema mixture. .
- Reduce the flame to low, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, breaking all the lumps. (stirring every 2 minutes).
- Before serving, set alight a piece of charcoal.
- Place it in a small bowl or in an aluminum foil shaped like a cup.
- Pour a few drops of oil over the coal and cover the lid immediately.
- Leave this for a couple of minutes and remove the coal.
- Serve with fried onion, coriander leaf, slice garlic, slit chillies and enjoy!
