- Shan Sheer Khurma Mix
1 packet - Fresh Milk
1 litre
Cooking Method
- Boil milk and add Shan Sheer Khurma Mix.
- Keep boiling for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Serve hot.
- Make the Sheer Khurma cold, then add one cup of fresh cream.
- Mix and serve cold.
- Heat 1/2 cup ghee and add Shan Sheer Khurma Mix. Stir-fry for a few minutes, add one cup of milk and cook on low heat, for about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
