Ingredients Required
- Chickpeas
200 g - Onions
1 cup - Boiled potato cubes
3 cups - Tamarind paste
1/2 cup - Papri
1 cup - Shan Chaat Masala
1 packet - Fresh Coriander
Finely chopped 2 – 3 tbsp - Chillies
3-4 - Lemon Juice
3-4 tbsp
Cooking Method
- Add chickpeas in boiling water
- Add baking soda 1 tsp into the pot
- Boil for 10 minutes then drain and remove
- Add potatoes, onions, chilies and coriander
- Add lemon juice and tamarind pulp
- Add Shan masala 3-4 tbsp
- Mix well and enjoy with crispy papri
