- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Fine Flour
- Duck Breast Pieces
- Shan Chicken White Karahi Mix
- Add ginger garlic paste, Shan white Karhai masala and vinegar in duck breast pieces mix well and marinate for one hour.
- For Batter; add half cup fine flour, add black pepper and salt.
- Add chilled water as required mix well, now add whipped egg now mix to make a smooth batter. Coat breast pieces with cornflour, dip in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden and tender.
- Now serve with lemon butter sauce.
