Ingredients Required
- Date Plum
(Soaked in water)2-3 - Potatoes (Boiled & Cubed)
1 cup - Guava (Diced)
1 cup - Grapes
1 cup - Mangoes (Peeled & Diced)
1 cup - Apple (Diced)
1 cup - Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 cup - Banana (Peeled & Sliced)
1 cup - Lemon Juice
3 - 6 tbsp - Baking Soda
1 tbsp - Tamarind Pulp
1/2 cup - Shan Chaat Masala
3-4 tbsp - Chickpeas
1 cup
Cooking Method
- Add chickpeas in 10 cups of water and boil for 2 hours
- Add 1 tbsp of baking soda and boil for 10 minutes
- Drain & remove
- Add tamarind pulp, lemon juice, date pulp, 3-4 tbsp of Shan Chaat Masala in the blender and blend well.
- Add potatoes, guava, grapes, mango, apple, banana, pomegranate in the chickpeas bowl; add the Chaat Masala mixture to the bowl and mix well.
